The fall real estate market has been quite busy in the Bloor West Village/High Park/Baby Point and Etobicoke areas. The number of sales has fallen for the month of October compared to last year, but prices are up 5%. We are still experiencing bidding wars on well priced homes, although those homes have to be priced competitively (under market value) in order to bring in the multiple bids.
